Cerberus Pumpkin

It started with The Club october carving pumpkin challenge to celebrate Halloween.

I hadn't drawn for a long time so I decided de make my own 2D concept before doing the 3D.
I had a lot of fun sculpting a big piece like this. Since I had some spare time during november & pretty clean base meshs I decided to push this project to the end with retopo & texturing.
Textures are made in Substance Painter, various generators as base work & a lot of handpaint on top of them. The ground texture is done 100% in Photoshop, also roughness. Just a passage un Painter to generate heigh/normal.
